Could not resist commissionning some W-SS to fill gaps in my Warsaw project

 Ideas came after watching Miasto 44..

I find they look rather rash and "barbarians"...

these will be facing...

 AK fighters...

 

These goodies are supposed to arrive early March...

working on a rubbled building 20mm

A shattered city block, due to be in Warsaw or any other central european country..

 

the buildings themslves are moulded resin frames i made years ago

piles of rubble are Polistyrene

 

the styrene is covered with wood glue then sprayed with a mix of cement and sand

 

one the sand is dry, Let's apply pieces of wood, scenics, cardboard, and pet litter to cover the whole

 

 

once everything is dry.. i applied a white primer on the whole to give a dusty aspect.

Next steps:

Inside  of the left building

weathering and adding some more rubbles

somemore frontal rubbles

staiways

 

soon released on DVD....at least in Poland

January the 28th ....

Several additional ideas , like a battered park, shellholed street elements, city trennches to come when i'll have time!!!

Strassen Barrikade - 20mm

recently thought that could be a great set-up for a late war city FIBUA..

decided to create a Street barricade as figuried on several photos of Battle of Berlin,, sort of massive wooden,-steel-earth-bricks structure..

Not sure it could stop a T-34/85 though..

here it is.. before the assault..

Started working on the "same - but after the passage of a Soviet battlegroup..

several other ideas, like a Panzerturm, damaged city sectors, a bridge..
